與新疆鵝卵石項目相比，采用"顎破+圓錐破+立軸制砂機"的經典配置，引入多缸液壓圓錐破作為中碎設備，其層壓破碎原理使鵝卵石的針片狀含量降低15%，配合VSI6X制砂機的"石打石"破碎模式，最終成品含粉量控制在5%-7%的理想區間。這種工藝組合在廣西水利樞紐工程中獲得驗證，生產的機制砂壓碎值低于20%，MB值小于1.0，完全達到Ⅱ類建設用砂標準。
平南縣作為西江黃金水道節點，項目通過皮帶廊道直連碼頭，采用"水陸聯運"模式將砂石骨料輻射至粵港澳大灣區。"前港后廠"模式在降低物流成本方面的優勢。目前該生產線年消化鵝卵石約60萬噸，在保護天然河砂資源的同時，實現了經濟效益與生態效益的雙贏。
